As we wrap up 2025 and settle into the quiet magic of the winter season at The Crystal Cabin, our eyes naturally turn toward the heavens. There is a deep, ancient connection between the stones of the earth and the movements of the stars.
To help you align your intentions with the cosmos this coming year, we’ve put together a guide to the most significant celestial events of 2026. Whether you are charging your crystals under a Supermoon or setting intentions during an eclipse, here is your roadmap to the sky.
🌑 The Major Eclipses
Eclipses are powerful times for transformation and "resetting" your personal energy.
* Feb 17: Annular "Ring of Fire" Solar Eclipse (Visible in Southern Africa and South America).
* Mar 3: Total Lunar Eclipse ("Blood Moon"). A major event for us in North America, as well as Asia and Australia. This is a potent time for deep emotional release.
* Aug 12: Total Solar Eclipse (Crossing Greenland, Iceland, and Spain).
* Aug 27-28: Partial Lunar Eclipse (Visible in North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia).

☄️ Meteor Showers (Peak Nights)
The perfect time to step outside, breathe the crisp air, and make a wish upon a falling star.
* Jan 3-4: Quadrantids (Note: The full moon may impact visibility, so look for the brightest streaks!).
* Apr 21-22: Lyrids.
* May 5-6: Eta Aquariids (Dust from the famous Halley's Comet).
* Aug 12-13: Perseids. Expect high activity this year—don't miss this one!
* Oct 21-22: Orionids.
* Dec 13-14: Geminids.

🌕 Supermoons & Rare Moon Events
When the moon is at its closest point to Earth, its energetic pull on our crystals (and ourselves) is at its peak.
* Jan 3: Wolf Supermoon (The first of three).
* May 31: Blue Moon. A rare second full moon in a single month—perfect for "once in a blue moon" manifestations.
* Dec 23-24: The Christmas Eve Supermoon. This will be the closest Supermoon since 2019. It will be a truly luminous night for the holiday season.

✨ Planetary Highlights & Conjunctions
Watch the "dance" of the planets as they align in the night sky.
* Jan 10: Jupiter at Opposition (At its brightest for the next 13 months).
* Feb 18: Mercury at Greatest Elongation (Look for it in the early morning).
* Mar 20: Venus and the Crescent Moon meet near the Pleiades star cluster.
* June 8-9: Venus & Jupiter "Double Planet" view. A stunning sight in the evening sky.
* Oct 6: The Moon passes near Jupiter.
* Nov 2: A beautiful morning alignment with the Moon near Mars and Jupiter.

📅 Seasonal Turnings
* Mar 20: March Equinox (Balance and Spring beginnings).
* June 21: June Solstice (The peak of Light).
