Imbolc is a Celtic festival traditionally celebrated on February 1st or 2nd, marking the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. It's associated with the goddess Brigid and symbolizes new beginnings, purification, and the awakening of spring.
Some common Imbolc traditions include:
* Lighting candles and bonfires to symbolize the return of light and warmth.
* Making Brigid dolls or crosses from rushes or oats.
* Cleansing and purifying the home.
* Feasting on dairy products, as Imbolc is associated with milk and fertility.

Imbolc is still celebrated by many Pagans and Wiccans today as a time to honor the goddess Brigid and welcome the coming of spring.
