Today's full wolf moon holds a powerful and intense emotional energy, due in no small part to Cancer being the most emotional of the zodiac signs.

The intensity of the moon's energy can manifest in so many different ways, from

intense bouts of creativity to crazy bursts of energy.

The daily ritual I'd like to introduce you all to today is a powerful releasing ritual that allows you to leave the past version of yourself to rest, and step in to a new and bold version of yourself.

This ritual is a sort of funeral, built up with decorations, your favourite play list, and a written component that gives thanks to your past self and allows it to be put to rest. Decorate your space with flowers, candles, crystals and

things that fill you with joy. Put on your go-to confident outfit - something that makes you feel beautiful and truly yourself. Play your favourite music, dance and sing along and allow the truest version of yourself to flow in each movement.

Prepare a eulogy to your past self, giving thanks and showing awareness of everything you have learned and are letting go of in this new year. 🔥 Burn- the  letter, and allow that energy to return to the earth.🌏
